Operator and scope
Tradis is operated by Robina Research Pty Ltd (ABN 93 698 569 407). These terms describe use of the website and application from the effective date above. If you act for a company, you should have authority to do so. Contact hello@tradis.ai if anything is unclear.
What Tradis does
Tradis helps you describe a trade or shipment need, organize evidence, research options, prepare communications and follow work over time. Information may be generated by AI or obtained from external sources. An estimate is not a forwarder quotation; a quotation is not a bookable rate; and a prepared request is not a booking. Tradis does not itself promise cargo space, rates, carrier acceptance, customs clearance, delivery dates or a commercial outcome.
Your decisions and external actions
You remain responsible for checking material facts, documents, classifications, legal requirements, counterparties, prices and contractual terms before acting. Tradis is not a substitute for legal, customs, tax or other qualified professional advice. Drafts, sandbox messages, synthetic quotes and simulated tracking events must not be treated as real commercial commitments. Tradis will distinguish a prepared action from one you explicitly authorize, and from confirmed delivery or completion. A separate provider or commercial agreement may be required for live data or services.
Your account and content
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate information. Do not submit material you are not entitled to use, unlawful content, malicious code or unnecessary sensitive personal data. You retain your rights in content you provide. You allow Robina Research Pty Ltd and its service providers to host, process, transform and transmit that content as reasonably needed to operate Tradis, perform actions you authorize, secure the service and maintain evidence of the work. This does not give us ownership of your shipment documents or commercial information.
External information and availability
Third-party websites, APIs, emails and documents may be incomplete, delayed, corrected or subject to separate terms. Tradis may pause or withhold a provider result when access, applicability or display rights are not established. We aim to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every source or feature will always be available. We may need to restrict a feature for a substantiated security, legal or operational reason and will explain a material restriction when reasonably practicable.
Plans, payments and bookings
Creating an account does not itself purchase a paid plan, make a freight booking or authorize a payment. Any paid subscription, transaction, live booking or separate commercial arrangement will require its own clearly presented terms and authority. The current QA and demo freight paths are simulations and do not contact real freight counterparties unless a distinct live action has been expressly enabled and authorized. Infrastructure, AI and test-mail services may still process QA data.
Account closure and service limits
You may request account closure through hello@tradis.ai. We may need to verify the request and retain some records as described in our Privacy Policy. We may restrict an account where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected misuse, protect users or comply with law. We will explain the restriction and provide a contact route when reasonably practicable.
Liability and applicable rights
Please check material information before making a commercial decision. Third-party information and services can change or fail independently of Tradis. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right, guarantee or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If a problem arises, contact us so we can investigate it and discuss a practical resolution.
Updates
We may update these terms as Tradis changes. The version and effective date are shown above. We will communicate material changes through the service or another appropriate channel before they take effect where required. A new version will not retrospectively change a separate agreement already made with you.
