Tradis.ai B.V. I.O. (‘Tradis’, or ‘we’) values the privacy of its clients and strives to protect the privacy and the confidentiality of personal data that we use in connection with the Services we provide. In certain cases, Tradis will ask its customer to provide additional documentation, in light of our KYC/AML processes. Identity verification information may include, but is not limited to:

  • An identification document (i.e. a valid passport, valid European ID card or a valid European driving license)
  • Proof of residence (i.e. utility bill, phone bill, or bank account statement, not older than three months)
  • Proof of “Source of funds”
Usage Data

We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used (Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Use of Data

Tradis uses the collected data for various purposes:

Tradis will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. As we have office locations in the Netherlands and Spain, your data, including Personal Data, may be transferred to hose locations for processing purposes.

Google Analytics

We may use third-party Service Providers to provide the customer a better user experience or enhance our Service.

Sendinblue For reliable email delivery, Tradis uses the Sendinblue Inc. platform. Sendinblue, Inc. (Sendinblue) serves as a Service Provider of certain Personal Information as it collects, processes and stores that information to reliably send emails by Tradis.
